Lynn Woznicki is an accomplished facilitator and trainer who serves a diverse clientele. She has facilitated multi-year strategic planning for a community health center; nonprofit and for profit board and staff development retreats; mission, vision, values and strategy development; community outreach projects; executive hiring, development and evaluation processes; and conflict resolution. Additionally, she has worked as an external consultant with the PG&E Leadership Academy.
Lynn is a faculty member and director at Sonoma State University in the Masters Degree Program in Organization Development.
Lynn has worked with hundreds of business owners and thousands of volunteers over the last two decades. She is a senior management executive and fundraiser who served as CEO of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau for more than 20 years. Her additional experience includes work in the healthcare industry and with the American Lung Association. Woznicki Consulting was launched in 2007.
Throughout her career Lynn has been committed to helping nonprofits, businesses and communities succeed. She has the skills and experience to build teams and develop boards and she can provide a fresh view on challenges and opportunities. Lynn brings creativity and energy to every project, and excels at making great things happen for her clients.
Lynn holds an M.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University with an emphasis in Organization Development, an M.A. from Sonoma State University in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing, and a B.S. in Biomedical Communications from Ohio State University. She completed a 6-year credential program with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.
