Lynn Woznicki is an accomplished coach, consultant and facilitator who has been serving a diverse clientele since 2007. Her services accommodate her clients’ needs for virtual delivery.

She has facilitated multi-year strategic planning for a federally qualified health center; designed and delivered nonprofit and for-profit board and staff development retreats; led organizations through mission, vision, values and strategy development; led community outreach projects; and assisted clients with conflict resolution needs. Additionally, she worked for four years as an external consultant with the PG&E Leadership Academy.

Lynn served six years as MAOD Director and faculty member at Sonoma State University’s Master of Arts in Organization Development program.

Throughout her career Lynn has committed herself to helping individuals, nonprofits, businesses and communities succeed. Her experience includes community and nonprofit leadership while serving as CEO of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau for more than 20 years. Additional experience includes work in the healthcare industry, including an emergency medicine group and the American Lung Association.

Lynn is skilled at providing coaching, building teams and developing boards, and she provides fresh and insightful perspective on challenges and opportunities. She brings creativity and energy to every project, and excels at empowering her clients to create change.

Lynn is certified with the International Coaching Federation and the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP.

Lynn is a certified DISC Practitioner, Assessments 24x7

Lynn earned Master of Arts Degrees from Sonoma State University in Psychology/Organization Development and Business Management, and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University’s School of Allied Medicine in Biomedical Communications. She completed a 6-year credential program with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.
